Sufficiently déjà vu

This is not the first KTC brand product to be in our editorial office, as our team members are already black belt ninjas in terms of testing these monitors. The H32S17F has a 32-inch HVA panel with a resolution of FHD 1920×1080 pixels. It is bent to the extent of 1500R and has all kinds of gaming features, but of course it is also perfect for work. As usual, the manufacturer did not overthink the packaging, it is as far from the "fancy" category as possible.
but what does that matter if the product inside is good. THE accessories are not particularly interesting either, but in addition to the monitor, you will of course find an adapter with a power cable in the package, one easily detachable base with 3 legs, a "screwdriver" and a very brief instruction manual. The only accessory that is actually worth mentioning is one HDMI cable.
The KTC H32S17F is also similar to its namesake It has a 32-inch image diagonal and 1500R curvature. The latter means that the curvature of the panel of the given monitor could be fitted to the outline of a circle with a radius of 1500 millimeters. If one monitor is bent, then many at once as a gamer monitor is booked, even though it doesn't look like it at all.
I miss some cool LED lighting on it, which would be much more exciting than the two red plastic strips on the back,
although then it would most likely no longer support this price category and one monitor lamp can easily fix this problem. On the other hand, the bezel of the monitor is extremely thin and, as usual, black, so it easily fits into any home design.

The leg of the test subject resting on 3 points made of metal made, but if you don't want it to take up space on your desk, you can also attach it to the wall. For this, the standard VESA frame You will need 4 points, which you can find under the snap-off back part.
Unfortunately, the monitor is not particularly adjustable,
since you can neither change its height nor turn it to the side, you can only tilt it back and forth in -5+15 degrees. THE connectors its output does not differ much compared to its predecessor, but it is certainly more than what a for H27V13 cost:
- 1 DC input for the power supply
- 1 USB-A
- 2 pieces HDMI 2.0
- 1 pieces DisplayPort 1.4
- 1 jack output
One Type-C port it could still have fit, but fortunately it got 2 HDMI connectors, even though the predecessor only got 1 of these. Let's see what life is like with the KTC H32S17F gamer monitor!

In the case of games, more frames have a concrete advantage. Just think: on the KTC H32S17F monitor you see four times as many frames per second as on a 60 Hz monitor. Thanks to this, a lot more continuous you will feel the movement within the games and thus the control as well more precisely it will work, and you can say goodbye to the fragmented or jagged image. This value can be decisive during a shooting game or a car racing game, or more precisely, it can mean victory instead of defeat. If we leave aside the games, you can experience the advantage of this while watching movies, but you can also experience it during everyday use. The simplest example of this is the mouse cursor, which glides very smoothly on the screen and can be controlled more precisely than usual.
There is another important data for gamers, which is the response time, which in this case is 1 millisecond.
For gamers, a curved monitor is also a big advantage, as it offers many advantages, so it is not surprising that manufacturers prefer this solution. For certain types of games, for example in the case of simulators, it provides extra experience, as it helps to create the illusion that you are really sitting in a racing car. Some surveys have also shown that the eyes can tire less in front of a curved screen, which is not a disadvantage, especially if you spend 8-10 hours in front of it a day.

KTC H32S17F supports the HDR 10, with 8-bit color depth, and it can cover 3% of the DCI-P98 color gamut and 125% of the sRGB color gamut. A word like a hundred: you can count on beautiful bright colors, whatever you look at. For displays, key data is a fényerő also, more precisely the luminance, which is the case of the test subject 350 candelas/square meter. This is considered a medium value, because usually over 500 can be considered relatively high, for example, this value can be over 1000 for premium tablets. I reassure everyone that in reality this means that the monitor can be fully used even with sunlight filtering in, you can work or play on it without losing the dark colors. The 3500:1 contrast ratio also contributes to this, although AMOLED and IPS displays usually offer the best contrast and brightness.
There is one on the right side of the back of the monitor joysticks, which is responsible for the settings and at first I was not happy with it, as I much prefer the multi-button solution, which is found on the Titan Army monitors, for example - C49SHC test here, C32C1S test is here. Nevertheless, you can quickly get used to its treatment and you can easily find what you need, starting from
from the settings related to the display (brightness, contrast, sharpness) to options affecting colors (color temperature, low blue light) to options affecting gamers (turning FreeSync/G-Sync on and off, crosshairs, FPS counter).

Summary
Before the KTC H32S17F, the last gamer monitor I had the opportunity to test was a Titan Army C32C1S was, which with the same a With a 32-inch image diagonal possessed, but with so many differences that its resolution was 2560×1440 pixels, i.e. 2K. The only problem I have with the current test subject is that I feel this resolution is small for this size, at least in terms of work. With a gamer's eye, you can feel free to delve into the technical parameters: 240 Hz refresh rate, 1 ms response time, FreeSync/G-Sync, 1500R curvature, square-hugging panel, and I could go on and on, since the colors of the picture can't be complained about either. The KTC H32S17F is the ideal choice for those who are looking for a relatively large monitor, mostly for gaming rather than for work or study, and would stick with the FHD resolution because they don't want to spend a lot.
