I wrote that before the quality of the Alldocube tablets is excellent and I'm still saying this now.

Fortunately, there is micro SD card slot for 2 nano SIMs in addition to space - that is, the storage space can be expanded - or 3,5 mm jack, if anyone else uses wired headphones. Here I reached the point that there was nothing left but forward, the tester programs and more serious trials could come.

Overall, this sounds pretty good for a tablet, of course what I say is completely irrelevant, what the testers show is much more authoritative, as you will be able to compare the Mini with other models based on this. You can see the results below:

The previous iPlay 50 Mini is a good point of comparison, since next to the new model, it is not really worth buying the older version. As you can see from the above, the new tab received stronger hardware, so it also achieved higher score values ​​than its predecessor. Why is this good? Mainly because you can gain an extra 1-2 years this way, the iron will become obsolete later, which is overall a lucky situation. As well as the fact that the it is much more pleasant to surf the net on faster hardware, and since the tablet is small enough, it is relatively easy to hold it with two hands and thus to play it.

The grip is quite good, the display is neither too big nor too small, a perfect travel machine that you can also play with.

Of course, you don't have all the power in the world - the hardware is pretty much the same Blackview Shark 8 it is the same as a smartphone - that's why gaming should be treated with reservations, but the bigger names can still be enjoyed. Fortunately, everything rescales itself if necessary, so I encountered few hiccups, the use is pleasant. The speaker, on the other hand, is mono, and is on the right side, which is quite easy to cover with your hands while playing, but it doesn't sound good.

And speaking of the display, one of the strengths of the Alldocube iPlay 50 Mini Pro NFE is the 1920×1200 pixel, 8,4-inch IPS panel, which is just right for indoor use.

Outside, however the 320 nit is very slim, not much in the sun or in the shade, but it has pleasant colors and good viewing angles. The touch sensitivity is good, despite the fact that the skin on my finger is completely worn away from a lot of wall climbing, which usually causes sensing problems. The bezel could be a little smaller, there is no light sensor, so you have to adjust the brightness manually, but I can't get involved anyway. Another thing you can click on is the refresh rate. Nowadays, quite a few mid-range phones are capable of 90-120 Hz, so I can't say that this is such a big extra, but the iPlay 50 Mini Pro can't. However, this does not hinder the use, because if there is no other device next to it, then no the difference is noticeable.

The operating system is practically a factory Android 13, which is good in the sense that it has no bloatware, unnecessary apps and does not advertise anything.

On the other hand, it is not by chance that major manufacturers edit interfaces like MIUI, which on the one hand are prettier and easier to use, and on the other hand provide extra functionality. The Alldocube iPlay 50 Mini Pro NFE cannot do this, in return, I did not encounter any errors and the updates also came. How long will there be updates? Nobody knows, I couldn't find any information about it.

However, in the name of the device, there is the NFE marking, which is related to Netflix's DRM certificate, devices with Widevine L1 can also display streaming content in high definition.

Of course, this is also true for Amazon Prime, Hulu, and many other streaming services. I tried it with Netflix, it worked perfectly. However, I would like to add that the resolution ratio of 1920×1200 pixels is 16:10, while movies are not like that - usually 4:3 or 3:2, but there are about 20 other standards - so there will be a nice thick black bar at the bottom and top while watching movies. This resolution is good for surfing the net, less so for watching movies.

As for the camera section, it is certainly not the most prominent part of a tablet, nevertheless the Alldocube iPlay 50 Mini Pro NFE produces surprisingly good pictures.

This can be used not only as a necessary solution, but you can make very good materials with it, but I thought that at this level you should also be happy with the way you are. You can manage the following:

• 13 MP main camera
• 5 MP selfie camera

I don't know how they got this quality out of 13 megapixels, but the colors are particularly pleasant and realistic, the pictures are sharp, I don't think I've seen such colors in this category. Obviously, there are not too many options for variation, specular photography modes are missing, and the maximum resolution of the sensor can only be used with an aspect ratio of 4:3, but it is still much better than what the competitors can show. The quality of the selfie camera is strongly limited by the low resolution, so it blurs the content, but then absolutely no one will use this in the case of a tablet.

The videos also surprised me, you can record videos in a maximum of 2560×1440 pixels, there is EIS - that is, electronic image stabilization -,

which is rare in this $150-$200 category. Obviously, it does not bring the level of an action camera or a high-end mobile, but it is already surprising that usable materials can be made with it. The colors are quite good, but the fact that the software constantly tries to forcefully focus, and that you don't even feel the effect of the EIS greatly impairs the enjoyment. It's good for one person, but you can't really expect that much from a tablet.
