Xmund XD-PT2 training stand test
Hi Sir, are you interested in a room next door?

Recently, we got to testing the quarantine equipment, we already had a treadmill, skipping ropes and now here is the exercise frame from Xmund, on which you can do all kinds of exercises. The price is much lower than at home, they ask HUF 26 for it from a Czech warehouse, which often costs twice as much. Previously, you could buy something like this in Hungary for HUF 000 under the name inSPORTline. THE In Decathlon there are also similar ones for HUF 80, so it's worth looking at the XD-PT000.
As well as the fact that the box is unable to protect the product inside.
I found aesthetic flaws on it in countless places, the sponge was pushed in or even torn by the weight of the iron pipe. These do not affect the use in any way, but when you open a new product, it should not look like it was taken out of a dog's mouth. At first I didn't really believe that the frame would stand stably on its feet, because the 4 pieces of rubber slippers on the end of the foot look like a kindergartener cut the material with nail clippers, but then fortunately, life completely contradicted that.

I must add that this is not a complicated structure, it is practically a set of 12 mm reinforced iron pipes and screws,
which was sometimes cushioned with a sponge. Don't take anyone by surprise the structure is huge, the adjustable pulling arms can be extended up to 215 centimeters. In other words, it needs a smaller room, because even if you climb on it, it will certainly take up a lot of space. I specifically rearranged the room because of it, because I didn't even know how to take a picture, not how to use it. so it is worth figuring out in advance where you are going to put it and what you want to do with it, I recommend the basement, the garage, or some similar secluded room.
Its load capacity is 150 kg, and my weight is 75 kg, so it was very stable under me,
even on a carpet, but I do not recommend that you try it on such a surface. It adheres well to laminate floors, it hardly wobbles at all, even though I tried to use it mindlessly, but it held up the whole time. Countless exercises can be done on it, it is worth working from bottom to top to understand the matter, but fortunately the pictures in the press material also help. All kinds of push-ups can be performed on the lower handles, push-ups and leg lifts can be practiced on the middle handles, while pull-ups on the upper side, similar to the French bar, can be considered.. Based on these, 5-6 exercises can be performed casually on it, I tried everything, however one thing really threw me up, and that was the backrest.
There is a sponge on the rear cross brace, but it is still not equivalent to a large, comfortable panel.
During leg lifts, as my body swung in, I kept hitting the thin surface and it was disturbing, but I didn't experience this with other exercises. I think there are two simple options to adjust the height, either set it to your full height or a little lower and press down with your knees bent and feet together, I chose the latter anyway. For some exercises, it is worth turning around, for example, you could train face-to-face and vice-versa on the upper inclined bar that triggered the pull-up bar mounted on the door jamb. so all in all, the XD-PT2 is not bad, it can be used to exercise at home in the best way possible, and compared to how much it costs at home, it is very cheap.
Summary
The Xmund XD-PT2 training stand is a usable device, I have two problems with it its quality is quite disappointing in places, but this is an aesthetic issue, it does not come at the expense of functionality. The other is that its box simply does not protect softer surfaces, so it can be damaged even when unpacking. That is with a little attention this could have been a much better product, despite these flaws, I think it's very cheap.
If something 26 000 FtDue to the conversion rates of the webshops, the prices may differ for different currencies (e.g. if you set the webshop to HUF, the prices are usually higher than if you set it to USD). The prices indicated in the article are informative and in all cases are HUF equivalents of the price displayed on the webshop's interface in USD (or in EUR, if there is no USD option) (according to the interbank exchange rate valid at the time of writing the article).into costs, and at home the cheapest similar product HUF 48, then there is no question as to which one to buy. This is still half as much, there is no particular risk involved, there is no need to get a warranty, because it can't go bad. You can take it from a Czech warehouse with free delivery, but don't look very closely, because then the shortcomings in the elaboration will come out.
