The Banggood web store was perhaps one of our very first partners, our cooperation goes back almost 10 years. At that time, Banggood still had competitors such as TinyDeal, Hekka, PandaWill or even GearBest. These opponents have since disappeared into the shadows of the past, simply because strong competition pushed them out of the market, but Banggood's star has been shining ever since. What could be their secret, what makes them so good and why have they not been removed from the stage of history? Among other things, we will talk about this, but we will also discuss how to register for Banggood, what the shopping process is, how to use coupons, and what important little things and hidden functions you can find on their website. There will be a tips-tricks section, which you will not find in other articles, as they reflect our own experiences. Go on an adventure!

Banggood's range is amazingly wide, and in the New Arrivals section, countless products appear every day, which are worth checking out. Then there are the goods with the pre-order mark, which is also a huge category, so our top list cannot be complete either, in fact, we could have supplemented it with countless products already at the moment of publishing the article. That is why we recommend that you take a look at Banggood's offer before making a purchase, especially with regard to EU warehouses, especially if you are there before the holidays. Not only can you get great deals here, but the packages will also arrive quickly.
These are the best Banggood products (2025)
We selected the products on our list based on the following criteria:
- more than 10 years, based on our own experience as testers
- we all have products bought from Banggood that we use on a daily basis
- based on the previous BlitzWolf product manager contact (because BW is Banggood's own brand)
- based on individual research, which is based on domestic and international customer opinions
- in various forums and special - e.g. Based on opinions read in Facebook groups
Who we recommend it to
BlitzWolf isn't exactly one of the top manufacturers if you're thinking of projectors, they've launched countless crappy devices on the market. However, the best part of the BW-V series is the very cheap BW-V4, which is a completely usable device. Basic stuff, but reliable, like that If you are looking for an entry-level projector with no longer 720p resolution, the BlitzWolf BW-V4 projector is a good choice, and you can even get away with the cheap stock Android.
Why is it out of stock?
I could say that the BlitzWolf BW-V4 can do almost nothing, but that would not be true. Of course, it can't compete with its peers running Android TV, but since it's not a smart projector, you don't have to worry about stock Android systems, Widevine certification, and pretty much anything else. Nevertheless, it can adjust the focus by itself and its trapezoidal correction is also automatic. Moreover, it also supports screen mirroring, so it can become a great display if you test a computer or TV box behind it.

Who we recommend it to
Awei is a relatively well-known brand that excels not only in the production of power banks, in fact, I think their earphones are better known as well. The Awei P15K is an all-in-one solution that functions not only as a portable battery, but also as a flashlight and RGB LED. We recommend it to those who want extra functions in addition to brutal performance and high capacity.
Why is it out of stock?
The Awei P15K is not kidding, it can deliver 100 W through both Type-C ports, but this is also the maximum power that can be delivered. It can charge three devices at the same time, and this kraft is easily enough to keep a serious laptop alive, because 30 mAh is not enough, it charges an average notebook roughly twice. As an extra, integrated with the battery, you get a flashlight, a fancy RGB LED and a carrying handle, since it is not a light piece, this makes it easier to carry around.

Who we recommend it to
In addition to the Alldocube brand, the other is N-One, which is emerging like groundwater in the tablet segment. There are still problems with the quality in some places, but the price and the hardware capabilities have made up for it. A N-one Npad Ultra tablet is recommended for those who have a a versatile device with a large display are looking for in the middle price category, with better than average hardware, which is also excellent for multimedia use and games.
Why is it out of stock?
The N-One Npad Ultra tablet discarded the previous MTK and Unisoc central cores and switched to the more famous Qualcomm units, which greatly improved performance. It already has a sufficiently fast UFS 2.2 external storage, the image diagonal is quite large, and not only does it support watching movies, but so does the Widevine L1 certificate. It also has a large battery, so you probably won't have any problems with the operating time. This is now the top N-One tablet, but it's still much cheaper than the competition.

Who we recommend it to
Mecool is a veteran in the TV box market. They have always used rather rough hardware and this is no different. Of course, they have soldered "all the world's" ports on it, with which they suppress almost all competitors. In addition, the company is not afraid to integrate the possibilities of its competitors, so they turned the product into a full-fledged Android TV box. We recommend it to those who are looking for something special and need a lot of ports, but don't want to pay as much as the big brands charge for powerful hardware.
Why is it out of stock?
The Mecool KM2 actually covers several devices, there is a plain and a Plus version, of which there are two variants, the rougher one being the Deluxe. Now we will talk about the strongest one, but those who don't want to spend so much should choose the cheaper one, that's good too. The K2 Plus Delux runs Android TV, which means there's a microphone on the remote, a bunch of dedicated buttons for streaming providers, Widevine L1 certification for high-definition streaming, Google Assistant, all kinds of Dolby audio standards, HDR support, WiFi 6, what else can we say? Fullos, just not as big a brand as, say, Nvidia.

Who we recommend it to
The Proscenic P11 is an incredibly popular cheap cordless vacuum cleaner series. I use the plural because it is available in three variants. Long operating time, no-frills, although not very high-quality design, HEPA filter, and such a rough suction power that it almost picks up the tiles. However, its popularity is much more due to the low price and easily combinable accessories, since in some places you could get the product very cheaply. Since the JIGOO C300 is a direct competitor to the cheaper Ultenic vacuum cleaners, we recommend it to those who are looking between them.
Why is it out of stock?
Due to its power anyway, this 35 kPa seemed quite unbelievable at first, but based on the test of the previous sibling model, it seems completely real. However, this is not the Chinese black magic part, but the fact that in addition to the traditional Proscenic P11 upright vacuum cleaner, there is a Mopping variant, which includes a mopping kit, and a pet grooming kit, which can be used to care for small animals. It is important that the Proscenic P11 is not a basic model, it is also a bull, it has an app-controlled, LED head, which is complemented by the pet care set. The design of the Mopping version is a little different, but the point is the same there. From the 3 sets, choose the one that contains the most important functions for you.

Proscenic M9 Robot Vacuum Cleaner - Inexpensive, but cleans like a must

- Water tank: 175 ml
Who we recommend it to
Proscenic is a second-line manufacturer, they also make Ultenic devices, but sometimes they put surprisingly good products on the market, much cheaper than their competitors. The Proscenic M9 is designed for mopping, it pushes the mopping pads with 6 N, so it's a great alternative compared to more expensive competitors. We strongly recommend it to anyone who wants a device with a self-discharging dock, but doesn't mind that it's a second-line product.
Why is it out of stock?
The Proscenic M9 is a self-emptying robot vacuum cleaner, which cannot change the water, but the dust is sucked up by its dock with a rather great effort. It is stored in a 2,5 liter bag, so it can be automated for up to 60 days. Apart from changing the water, it can do almost everything else, manage several levels, divide the map into rooms for you, and its dock also serves as a display.
It is interesting that, although it has a LiDAR tower, the machine is surprisingly low, less than 10 centimeters, so it can also fit under furniture that hangs lower. What's more, it even disinfects with UV light.
If the 2 W motor of the Kukirin G600 Pro is not enough for someone, then here is the bigger brother, the Kukirin G2 Max, with 1000 W. It's pretty much the same concept as the G2 Pro, but it does a little more of everything, so it's a better choice for taller people.
It's also not expensive compared to his knowledge
The Kukirin G2 Max electric scooter can be purchased for roughly a quarter of a million forints, so it is not very possible to get 1000 W scooters at home. The bases here are also very good, but everything is a bit thicker and more massive than in its smaller brother. With 100 W, even 100-kilogram drivers can stand further, and moving the 26-kilogram curb weight won't cause them as much trouble as it does for smaller owners. The handlebar height is adjustable, and it also comes with a seat as part of the basic package.
More muscle, more power
We have already talked about the 1000 W power, but not yet about the top speed and range. On paper, you can go as fast as 55, but 45 km/h is much more realistic. The wheel of the Kukirin G2 Max electric scooter is 10 inches, so the two-wheeler has similar technical characteristics to a 50 cubic centimeter scooter. This, however, must be fed with electricity and not gasoline, which enables much cheaper operation. The battery is 960 Wh, with which you can travel 45-55 kilometers, but for the ascetics it can be even longer. All in all, this is one of the best electric scooters for heavier drivers, which we would also like to take home.
Great tuning base
Kukirin G2 Max is a great tuning base for those who want to have fun and add a little uniqueness to their electric scooter. One of the things you can carve is the brake. You can replace the left, 160 mm disc with a larger one, and you can hang an additional battery on the long handlebar, thus extending the range. Since the wheels are large, the deck is also high, the vehicle can also be used for roller skating with a good all-terrain tire.

Who we recommend it to
Funwater is one of the most well-known budget brands in the Far East, and for a few years they have been selling their SUP boards in fairly large numbers - 580 units per year. Their biggest rival was Wowspeed for years, but Funwater seems to have won the race for the cheapest SUP board. Typically the brand that produces budget stuff, which can be found in all sizes and widths. This is also the level where users look at design before other parameters. Since it is available in a package, it comes with all the necessary accessories that you may need for your first attempts. This is a very beginner's item, for a small crowd, but it's perfect for getting a taste of the sport, i.e. those who do approx. If you don't paddle board more than 20 times, this is a good choice for your first board.
Why is it out of stock?
First of all, the price is what really blows the earth, it is so low, and secondly, the selection available in terms of colors and sizes from the two-layer SUP is quite brutal. It has a standard GoPro mount, so you can record your first attempts with it. And if you want to stuff, then there is the bungiee at the beginning, i.e. the elastic luggage net. It has 4 holding places on the edges - D-rings - if you want to kayak with it, you only need to buy a seat next to it. Not incidentally, they also give you a valve converter in the package, so you will be able to inflate with traditional pumps.

The Machenike M7 Pro gamer mouse is a typical budget solution among big-name brands. Few people know it, so you can take it home for a third of the prices of premium brands, but in return you have to give up a little on ergonomics. For those who don't care what brand name is written on the peripheral, the cheaper sensor variant of the M7 Pro is the best choice among gamer mice.
Why is it out of stock?
The special feature of Machenike M7 Pro is that it is equipped with two types of sensors, Pixar PAW 3104 and PAW3395. The former uses HuanYu, the latter Kailh micro switches. The more expensive version has a maximum DPI of 26, sampling at 000 Hz, which makes it very competitive even with the bigger names. For the cheaper one, the same is 1000 and 8000, in return it costs much less than anything on our list. A member of our editorial staff uses such a gamer mouse equipped with a PAW3395 sensor on a daily basis.

Who we recommend it to
We use an Ultenic K20 on a daily basis, which is no accident, this hot air oven can prepare enough food for 3-4 people, but it is not a huge piece. It is very easy to program using its touch screen, and when our built-in oven broke down, we immediately switched to the Ultenic K20 hot air fryer. Then we stayed on it for months, because it is comfortable to use and easy to wash. We recommend it to those who do not want to fry the meat and the side dish separately, but would like to complete the work processes at the same time.
Why is it out of stock?
The Ultenic K20 air fryer is a two-basket fryer. This in itself would not be such an extra, but on the one hand, the topping and side dish can be prepared at the same time, and on the other hand, the oven can also synchronize the finishing. The control here is also touch screen and there are a lot of predefined profiles, so you don't have to think much about how long the food should be inside and at what temperature. You press it, and the hot air oven takes care of things. We also have one of the Ultenic K20 hot air ovens in the editorial office.
What products to avoid in the Banggood range
Although there are countless phones available on Banggood, the more famous Chinese brands like the OnePlus, Xiaomi your mobile phones are simply not cheaper in the online store than at home. You should also pay attention to that CN version devices - phone, tablet - they don't always have Google applications, so you shouldn't order them. Banggood weak in shoes, not only is the selection not good, but the normal Chinese brands - Xiaomi Freetie, Li-Ning, OneMix, Anta, etc. - they are not even available. The clothes and the bags section is not very strong either, so you should not bother with this either.
Everything you need to know about Banggood
A Banggood is a Chinese e-commerce platform - more plastically known as a web store - founded in 2006, which offers electronics, home appliances, clothing, toys, beauty products and much more globally.
It is interesting that Banggood initially dealt primarily with research and development activities in the software industry, but later transformed into a global e-commerce platform. In the early years, they mainly specialized in electronic products and components, and then the offer gradually expanded to other categories, such as clothing, beauty care, sports and hobby products. In fact, sometime between 2010-2015, the buying public was able to meet the giant company in the form in which you still know Banggood, since at that time they were primarily engaged in the sale of electronic goods. Banggood has an average of 6-8 million visits per month - a point of reference is Aliexpress, which is roughly 75-80 million - at least according to the data of SimilarWeb, which usually underestimates the numbers, so it is a fairly large online store.
Source: Banggood
The platform is particularly popular in the United States, Europe, India and Southeast Asia. The website is a significant competitor to similar global online retailers, such as Aliexpress or Geekbuying, as well as Gearbest, which is only just beginning to grow. Banggood is officially a Banggood Network Limited can be linked to a company named, which is based in China, in Guangzhou is located. This company operates the website and manages the sourcing, distribution and marketing of the products. Banggood has no physical stores, It sells 100% online, thus minimizing operating costs, and therefore offers its products at competitive prices. However, it has warehouses in countless countries around the world, including the following:
- Cinchona: the main warehouse base is located here, as most products come from Chinese manufacturers
- Hong Kong
- Spain: relevant for us due to its EU status
- Czech Republic: relevant for us due to its EU status and fast delivery
- Poland: relevant for us due to its EU status and fast delivery
- USA
- Russia
- Australia
The geographical location of the warehouses allows that Banggood has fast and duty-free delivery offer in different markets. When making a purchase, customers often have the option to choose whether from which warehouse the delivery is requested, if the desired product is available from several locations.
In many cases, Banggood's online store works as an owner - countless own brand own - or as a sales platform, i.e. they also list the products of external companies in their system. These are not separated into shops and sellers, as in the case of Aliexpress - where you bought from shops and not from Aliexpress -, but are united under the Banggood brand.
Turning back to private label products, these are all brand names owned by Banggood, where Banggood puts the visual elements on the packaging and products, but the internal content is assembled from parts of other OEM manufacturers. For this the advantage is the printed price, since you don't have to pay for brand power, and they are produced in huge volumes, the disadvantage is that you cannot expect very unique developments, and the quality is not premium, rather just average. Which brands fall under the Banggood umbrella? The following must be:
- BlitzWolf and its sub-brands: BlitzWolf is owned by Banggood, including their various sub-brands. About BlitzWolf in this post we wrote in more detail
- Eachine: mainly a drone brand, not so relevant at home due to strict regulations
- Zerodate: they manufacture gaming peripherals
- Topshak: cordless tools and other equipment
- Mensel: cordless tools and other equipment
They probably have more private label brands, but we only hear about them, so they are not on our list.
Another interesting thing about Banggood's name is that we think it's not so lucky that it's amazingly easy to misspell. We meet a lot Bangood and Banggod with words as well, but obviously here too "the poet thought of the former". In contrast, the slogan was well done, which is "Banggood: the best bang for your buck", which roughly translates to "Banggood: the best value for money" in Hungarian.
Banggood registration and purchase process
Let's start getting to know Banggood by registering on the site. By the way, this should also be done by those who already have an account, because from Banggood - and all the competitors anyway - likes to give extra coupons to new entrants.
Source: Banggood screenshot
The registration process is very simple, right above the "Join Us” button, then in the pop-up window the “REGISTER” tab to fill in the data. Of course, there is also a Single Sign-On option, which means that you can access Banggood with your Google, Apple and X user accounts within the framework of a simplified registration.
Source: Banggood screenshot
Tick the usual I accept the terms of use - Terms of Use and Privacy - and similar. After that, you will receive a confirmation email in which you must confirm your registration, and you are already there, but this happens in the same way on other websites, so there will be nothing surprising in the process.
Source: Banggood screenshot
Before you start wandering around the site, I recommend that you open the hamburger menu under the figure on the top right and look for coupons tab, here you will see the coupons entered as a new user. In addition, on the left side, a large menu item is revealed, which you should also browse through. THE to My Whislist you can save products, see previous orders and Preorder products, and a thousand more, which will be discussed later.
Source: Banggood screenshot
The first thing to do when using it is to set the delivery country, language and currency. For practical reasons, thisHungary/English(EN)/USD US$” values, which you can do at the top right, to the left of the small figure.
Source: Banggood screenshot
Detailing the three parameters:
- The country to which the delivery takes place – Hungary: it makes sense, the product will arrive here. It is also important for Banggood to know the destination country, because the system decides to go there based on this which product can be delivered, from which warehouse, and at what cost (usually the delivery is free, i.e. the free shipping label will appear on the product).
- Language setting – English: Banggood is also available in Hungarian, but like most such sites, the translation here is automatic, which can sometimes result in quite rough mistranslations. Therefore, if you speak English, leave the language settings in English.
- My foreign currency – USD: although your account will be debited in HUF when paying, if you leave it in USD, your bank, not the webshop, will change the currency. In addition, it is much better to follow prices in dollars, simply because it is much less volatile - it changes more slowly - than the Hungarian forint. This way, it will be easier for you to assess whether it is really a sale.
Some additional information to the above that is good to know. For Banggood.hu nothing to do with the Banggood parent company, someone just registered this, it doesn't even have banggood content. For the Hungarian language a https://hu.banggood.com/ page, but selecting the Hungarian language in the language selector will automatically navigate here, you don't even need to enter this separately.
As for payment, there will be several options for payment in the basket - bank card, BG Pay, PayPal, etc. - what we recommend PayPal for security reasons, about this Order China in FAQ you can read more. The point is that don't let the webshop or PayPal decide in which currency you paid, because they usually exchange at a much higher rate than financial institutions. You'd be better off your bank changed, – in this sense a Revolut it is, but another service provider, e.g. so does Wise - that's usually when I do best.
Source: Banggood screenshot
If you have found the product you want to buy on the Banggood site, then add it to the cart, as you would with other webshops. However, before you do this, it is worth taking a look at the product page. What you should pay attention to:
- Price: by definition, for the price, on the product page you see the basic price - that is, without coupons, BG points, BG Pay discount and all that. If there is a Flash Deal on it, the system also shows it on the product page, you can read more about this in the tips and tricks section.
- Ship From: the warehouse from which the product arrives. This is always denoted by an abbreviation, a CN the Chinese, the HK the Hong Kong, the CZ the Czech, the PL the Polish warehouse, that is ES stands for Spanish.
- Shipping: the shipping fee, Free shipping is the best, in this case shipping is free, otherwise you will see a number here.
- Buy Now and Add to Cart: the difference between the two is that with the former, the page jumps straight to the cart, with the latter, the system only puts the product in the cart, but lets you continue browsing.
- Other items on the site: by scrolling down you can get to the description and press photos, it might be worth looking at the reviews in the "customer reviews" section.
Source: Banggood screenshot
Jump into the basket, at the top right, with the shopping cart icon. Once you have done this, you should see the contents of the basket, which consists of the following:
- the products included and their price - with the inscription inclusive of VAT -
- from which warehouse it is delivered
- the total amount
- two buttons that take you to payment
Source: Banggood screenshot
The difference between the two payment buttons is that one redirects you directly to the PayPal page, while the other - Proceed to Checkout - goes to a checkout page. It is always worth choosing the latter. Why? Because:
- you can set an address here, if you have not done this before in the hamburger menu or add a new address if you do not want the package delivered to the previous one
- coupons you can use it
- points you can use it
- they could tie shipping insurance, i.e. transport insurance
- you can choose a different payment options of
Let's talk about the above in a little more depth, because you can do quite a lot on the Banggood site, and it doesn't matter at all financially which one you choose.
Banggood coupons, flash sale, promotion or scoring
Banggood offers several ways to save. There is a coupon for most products or product categories, which the my account/my coupons can be accessed via the menu item. The special feature of Banggood coupons is that:
- you can get them during events
- with different activities such as new registration
- from points earned after purchases
- they could buy discount cards, which contain coupons (not available to everyone, the system has been running for a while in a test phase)
The first two are relatively clear, they are always indicated on the Banggood site in the right place - for example during a campaign - so let's talk a little about From Banggood points.
Source: Banggood screenshot
Banggood points are earned after making purchases or participating in other games, and there are a few rules of thumb for using them:
- 100 points = $1
- a maximum price discount of 15% can be obtained by redeeming points
- points, you can not only reduce prices, but also buy coupons
- you can only use points if the product is not otherwise affected by some price reduction factor (flash sale, coupon, participation in a promo event, etc.)
Source: Banggood screenshot
Banggood also has one Your VIP system, which has 5 categories that are fixed to the amount of purchases - 1/70/170/700/1700 USD - so you can advance in the system. The VIP system and points EXPIRE after one year. This means that the points you previously acquired will be deleted on January 1 of the following year, but at least 2022.03.04 year must have passed. For example, if you earned 100 points during a purchase on 01.01/XNUMX/XNUMX, they will be deleted on XNUMX/XNUMX of the following year. The same is true for VIP levels, you are reclassified by one level every year. You can see the VIP levels in the hamburger menu, under the My Account menu item.
It might sound complicated when described like this, but it's actually very simple on Banggood's interface.
Things to note: individual discounts conflict with each other. So if something falls under the flash sale, you can't coupon or score it, and if you discount or coupon something, that product can't be in a flash sale or other promotional category either.
Paying for Banggood products
The key moment of the purchase is the payment. Why do we need to talk about this separately? Not because it's complicated or a scam, but because you have several options to do this:
- Credit card payment: the base pretty much everywhere, but we do not recommend this, because it is much more difficult to assert your rights later if a problem arises. If you still choose this, then you should use an online card that can be blocked or destroyed immediately after purchase. It's also okay if you can set a spending limit on it, Revolut and Wise's services are excellent for this, but other Fintech companies also offer something like this. We have created a Facebook group for such problems, you can find out there to inquire about the possibilities.
- Banggood BG Pay: BG Pay is nothing but a payment system that results in very fast payments and equally fast refunds. There used to be a 2% cashback, but that was cancelled. So-called "top up” can be used to add money to it, like Revolut, but with a minimum amount of 100 USD. It results in a lot of anomalies (e.g. 100 USD is a lot if you only buy for 20 USD, the remaining money is stuck, it is with BG, not with you, etc.), so we think not many people use it.
- PayPal: we recommend this method because it is safe, it provides a lot of customer rights, you can get a refund for the non-arriving or defective product, the return fee is paid, you don't have to enter your bank card details - in fact, PP masks them - etc. One thing to watch out for: don't use PayPal to convert the currency when paying, because they do it quite expensively. We wrote more about this in Information/FAQ menu item on our website.
If only one thing was noted from the above, it should be this: pay with PayPal.
Package tracking on Banggood
You bought the desired product on Banggood, but all's well that ends well, so it's a legitimate claim that you want to follow the path of the package. Today, almost every package comes with a tracking number, in English tracking number. Its format can vary, but usually something like this: CG337397402DE, the BUT don't fool anyone, it was a package from a Czech warehouse. You must also use the hamburger menu and there the My Orders/Tracking Info you can look around in the menu.
Source: Banggood screenshot
If you have found the tracking number, you can follow the package not only here, but also:
- also on the RendeljKinait page, if you press the small tool icon on the right, the package tracking menu will appear.
- a 17Track page, you can also enter the tracking number.
The answer to the question why my package hasn't started yet is that packages can go through several status changes from payment to departure. First a payment processed, that is, that the seller received the amount and processed it, then the status in pending is incurred, plus other status changes may also occur. The actual delivery is a shipped starts with the appearance of the status, from here on it depends on the delivery company - and not the online store - when you will receive the package, so they are not (only) to be blamed for the delay.
Is Banggood a reliable site? Anomalies we ran into
Banggood basically reliable is considered an online store, we have already bought hundreds of items from them and rarely had any problems. What is always worth highlighting is that Pay with PayPal, as this provides an extra layer of security, and you should also add an easily disabled virtual bank card to the PP account, such as those provided by Revolut, Wise and countless other service providers.
Nevertheless, as in the case of all online stores, errors and anomalies occur here, which you should be aware of in the interest of fairness, as this forms the complete picture for customers.
Source: Banggood screenshot
One of these is a Banggood's rating system, which is not provided by an external service provider - such as Trustpilot - but by Banggood. This also means that users get coins for writing reviews, so they can give 5 stars even if they haven't even opened their package. That's why it's on Banggood the proportion of positive evaluations is exceptionally high, most products are 4,5-5 stars. We deliberately tried to find stuff that we tested and a waste – BlitzWolf projectors most of them, respect for the exception - but they also have a very high average rating. In other words, non-textual reviews on Banggood should not be given such great importance. Read tests instead, we recommend ourselves. And if I mentioned the Trustpilot page, BG is rated 3,5 stars based on 46,958 reviews, 67% of which are 5 stars.
Source: Banggood screenshot
The other is a Banggood's Q&A section, which we think is one of the most redundant columns of its kind we've ever seen. We have never come across meaningful answers in it, reading the text reviews is much more useful, as long as it doesn't boil down to things like "good product, but I've not tried it yet" and the like.
Although it is not a Banggood specific problem, many Chinese online stores are prone to it "to oversell" stocks, that is, they receive orders, but meanwhile the site does not track the real stock. This usually happens during the worst consumption holidays, so 95% of the year there is no problem with this - and no one ever writes positive reactions, only negative ones - but 5% of the time it does, in which case everyone tends to rage until they have a stroke, so this should always be handled properly. The money is then returned and that's it.
As for delivery times, the problem is usually a with pending status it usually happens when Banggood is unable to process the increased traffic, especially around holidays. The online store usually puts a warning about the longer delivery time on its website or under the products, but most people don't read this. A real phenomenon is when a product hangs for a long time, which can be due to several reasons (an assumption, we don't know, because they don't usually say it):
- they cannot physically process orders fast enough, due to overload
- the stock is out and they are trying to get more
That is, it is not necessary to assume that the other party has bad intentions, but you have to be a little patient in their direction, and if nothing else works, there is PayPal protection. And those who want to receive their packages quickly should look in the Banggood EU warehouses, because these products can be obtained in a few days.
We would like to emphasize once again that the above inconveniences are a minor part of purchases, it is a tiny fraction compared to the total amount, but trust can be destroyed by a single bad experience, while it can only be built up with dozens of transactions.
If you run into any anomalies, feel free to write to us Facebook vagy in email, we will try to help, because it usually puts some pressure on the lat if we intervene in the case.
How does Banggood strengthen customer trust?
Although few people notice this, on the product page, under the Buy and Add to Cart buttons, there is a "Customer Service Guarantee" line, which describes what extra services Banggood provides in order to increase customer trust:
- DOA Guarantee: if the product arrives damaged, Banggood will refund the cost of the damage if you contact them within 7 days.
- Missing/Wrong Items Guarantee: missing parts or sending the wrong product must also be reported within 7 days.
- Quality Guarantee: Banggood guarantees the quality of some products (whatever that means in practice).
- No Reasons Returns: return without reason, which does not apply to products received as a gift (e.g. prize draw).

You can refer to the above at any time if you run into any problems, they apply to all Banggood products that can be purchased in the web store.
What about online scams?
We still get countless times that people don't order from Chinese online stores because there must be scams and fraud behind them. This usually stems from a lack of information, so we would like to elaborate a little on this topic, because many people suffer from all kinds of conceptual confusion about it.
Online fraud is typically not done by registering an online store, operating it for 10 years, and then not sending a product in order to dupe the dear consumer, as that would be quite complicated. Online fraud is more likely to be carried out in the following way:
- Facebook Marketplace/advertisement and Jófogás fraud, about this we wrote on our partner site.
- Emailed spam links in the form of
- SMS, for example, with a message to pick up your package somewhere for which you click on the link sent in the SMS (this is also a type of link-based fraud).
- A form of link-based fraud is to enter your bank card details on an apparently official interface.
- They call you with an unknown phone number, and if you pick up, you either paid for a premium service without your knowledge or activated an unwanted, paid service.
In principle, Banggood's database could also be hacked and personal data extracted from it, but the fraud methods mentioned in the list are several orders of magnitude easier to implement and they only partially fall within the scope of online purchases.
Despite this, the dangers of online shopping should not be underestimated, as, for example, your bank card data may be leaked, but it is relatively easy to protect against it. Do the following:
- Register with one of the free Fintech service providers, what is the Revolutwe use .
- Top up only as much money as is necessary for the purchase.
- A Revolut's virtual bank cards: they can be disabled, a purchase limit can be set for them, they can be deleted, the one-time-payment types are destroyed by themselves.
- Details of Revolut bank cards put it in a PayPal account, which withholds the amount until the transaction is successfully completed, pay in Hungarian on Banggood (also) with Paypal.
Those who comply with the above should have no problem, we have been buying from Chinese online stores for ten years and have never had any problems.
What products does Banggood sell?
If you are very strong in something a Banggood, that product range, almost everything is available from them, but they do not reach the level of Aliexpress. You can combine their promotions quite well, and since there are many coupons, VIP levels and even points available, you can often cut down the prices.
They also have a lot of stuff from EU warehouses, and what is very important for us Central Europeans is that there are warehouses in countless countries in the region - Poland, Czech - so orders really arrive in a few days. However, it is important to know that the bigger, heavier or special ones - e.g. For packages containing batteries, you often have to pay a shipping fee, the cost of which should be taken into account, in return, shipping from the Chinese and Hong Kong warehouses is almost always free.
Certain products could almost only be found on Banggood, such as the RC hobbyist Eachine or BlitzWolf, known for its entertainment and household electronics, which is Banggood's own brand, but for example Topshak and Mensela, which travel in tools, also fall under their umbrella.
Based on our experience, Banggood is especially strong:
- In electronics: phone, tablet, notebook and their accessories
- In RC hobby parts: we droned for years and drove remote control cars and ordered a lot of stuff from here
- In small household appliances: fryer, juicer, blender, etc.
- In cleaning tools: robotic and standing vacuum cleaners, mops
- In sports equipment: There is quite a large selection of SUPs and training equipment
- In headphones and earphones: BlitzWolf, Picun, Anker, Edifier, etc.
- In projectors: we recommend Ultimea products
- In electric scooters: Kukirin, Angwatt, etc. brands
- In car accessories: pocket bull, battery pumps
- In cordless tools: Topshak, Mensela, Makita compatible stuff
Instead, they are weak in, for example, clothing, shoes, and bags, and these are not worth forcing.
Banggood has one flash deals section, which could perhaps be translated as a flash sale, here you can see the current discounts, you can find them on the menu bar at the top left. Also worth looking at discover new section where you can see the newly listed products. So many tricks are used here that re-listed products - when a product is removed from the online store and then returned - are also included here.
Does shipping and customs insurance make sense?
Transport insurance is a service that protects products against damage. Banggood only compensates for errors of this kind if you take out shipping insurance, and in fact, this option is ticked by default in their engine. Our personal experience is that, on the one hand, most equipment is protected by double packaging, so they are not damaged very much, and on the other hand, PayPal tends to allow room for this type of disagreement, but this is still not the same as shipping insurance.
However, there are gadgets where it is still worth asking for shipping insurance. They are typically like this high value, heavy, just can be complicated to pack products like that electric scooters and the bicycles. They are packed together as individual parts, and the wheel axle, for example, can cause damage to the bicycle frame, which means you won't be able to return the two-wheeler, but it also reduces its value. We have seen countless such injuries live, and you can protect yourself against them with the above option.

The prices we give in our articles must always be understood without shipping insurance, as this is an extra option that you can tick off and on in the basket as you wish.
A customs insurance an older concept and Discontinued in 2021, because all service providers who want to import goods into the territory of the European Union can pay the VAT on the products, the using the IOSS system. That's why you see a "inclusive of VAT” inscription, that is, the price of the product already includes this. You don't have to do anything, it's completely automatic. By the way, the name of the service is misleading, as most products are duty-free, and the cost was previously caused by VAT and customs administration service fees.
The bottom line is that the products ordered from Banggood arrive at no additional cost, you only have to pay for the delivery.
Competitors of Banggood
Among Chinese online stores, Banggood has quite a few opponents, despite the fact that many online stores have disappeared from the market in the last couple of years, think of Hekka, DealExtreme, TinyDeal or Gearbest. Aliexpress is not a direct opponent of Banggood, as it is more of a marketplace where stores compete for your favors, but since there is a lot of overlap in the product range - Banggood's own brands such as BlitzWolf are also available - so we have added them to the list. Based on these, the competitors:
- AliExpress: largest selection, very low prices, but sometimes you have to mess around a lot with the various coupons and coins
- Geekbuying: strong in EU warehouse and in technical articles
- Geekmaxi: Geekbuying's pocket online store, with a less wide selection
- Tomtop: wide range of products
- Cafago: Tomtop pocket online store, narrow product selection, but good prices and no need to mess with coupons
- G-shopper: strong in phones, 3D printers
- Ranvee: up-and-coming online store, for now with a narrow range, but low prices
Of course, it is always worth comparing the prices with all competitors.
Banggood tips and tricks
We describe some of our own experiences that we have gathered over the past 10 years. In Hungary, there are quite a lot of drop shipper online store who do not keep stock. Since Baggood has such a service, they can also be used for such a thing. It follows that if you want to order a not particularly branded product at home, then it is worth checking it first in Banggood's online store, because it will almost certainly be cheaper from there. Bringing up BlitzWolf is a pretty good example of this.
There are quite a few on Banggood clearance, that is, the inventory is being wiped out. It's worth going through this randomly, just in case something catches your eye. In many cases, a product it goes under flash sale because the price is not that good, as it seems at first, but still many people fall for the trick. In such cases, search for the product name on the RendeljKínait page, and if we have written about it before, see how much it costs. Obviously, the focus is not on 1-2 dollars, plus you have to correct some with the price increases, but maybe if you put a coupon on a similar but not flash sale product, or lower the points, you will be better off.
Never forget it Uncheck the box for shipping insuranceif you don't need it. However, for high-value, heavy items, it is recommended to check the box, as you never know if the service will not work for you. They are typically like this bicycles, electronic scooters, or vulnerable devices such as 3D printer or the monitor.
Never click the PayPal button in the cart, because then you cannot enter the coupon code or use BG points. The PayPal option is available later.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Banggood a reliable online store?
Basically it is. We say this mainly based on our personal experience, but if you want an external source, Trustpilot is there, where you can see the number of reviews, the distribution, and why someone gave 5 or 1 stars.
Where can I track the ordered products?
Banggood has its own tracking system, and on the RendeljKínait page, clicking on the tool icon on the right will bring up our package tracking tool. And if you want a general tracking page, then a 17trackwe recommend
Does the package really arrive in as much time as the Banggood site says?
The first thing is that the delivery time starts after pending, and it lasts until you receive the package from the courier. In fact, the part that falls to Banggood is to start the package, and what the courier companies do with it after that is no longer the responsibility of the online store. According to our experience, packages from EU warehouses arrive very quickly, within 3-7 working days, but the delivery time from China is also not bad, you can expect it between 1-3 weeks.
However, during peak times, there may be delays, and some packages may get mixed up in European distribution centers, the most famous of which is the "Feucht black hole". In this case, Banggood will refund the amount or resend the product.
Delivery is especially slow when the product has to be loaded onto a ship. This is typically the case with products that are large, heavy, and contain a large amount of batteries, such as electric scooters or bicycles. That is why it is better to order them from an EU warehouse.
In the event of a complaint, how and how quickly do they help?
It changes, usually quickly, but the basic expectation is that your attitude is also appropriate. Speak some English - or ask someone who does - be nice, describe the problem in detail, it is best if you support the case with pictures and video. But most importantly, pay with PayPal for extra security.
Does shipping insurance make sense?
Yes, there is, especially for high-value, hard-to-pack, bulky products like electric bikes or scooters.
To what extent do they compensate if the package is damaged or lost?
If it goes missing, they will usually resend the package or refund 100% of the purchase price, if it is damaged and you have transport insurance, then the extent of the damage is decisive. If you don't have shipping insurance, Banggood won't compensate you, rightfully so.
Is there a Hungarian language on the site?
Yes, but the translation is automatic, I'm better at English.
Can I pay in forints?
Basically, you can switch between currencies at the top, but it's not worth it. You are better off if you leave your settings in USD and change the currency with your bank, not with Banggood.
Do products coming from Banggood need customs duty?
It is worth clarifying the concepts of what we mean by customs and what the costs come from. Customs administration means the procedure itself, when from China - or from anywhere else - to the EU the product arrives (here still non-EU), and its price and associated costs are established. That is, the in the case of customs clearance, usually no customs duty - because most products are duty-free up to a certain amount -, but VAT must be paid.
In the past - before 2021 - this was done by the customer, today the seller can declare it in the IOSS system, see the next point. Of this, in 99,99% of cases, you did not perceive anything, it happens automatically.
In the case of products in EU warehouses, there is no longer a customs procedure (because the goods are already inside the EU), so this already happened when the product entered the EU and thus the costs were paid afterwards. We used to say that the VAT is "included in the price", meaning that the seller has already paid what the authority expects. This is technically different from when you ordered something from a HK or CN warehouse, but in practice it is not much, because the process takes place exactly the same without your knowledge. There will be no costs for you, you have to pay the maximum shipping fee, but this is also free in many cases.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, after the products arrive in the EU, the seller pays the VAT through the IOSS system, more about this you can read here. This amount is already included in the price of the product, which it is inclusive of VAT marked with a label in the basket. You will not notice anything from the process, it happens automatically, without your intervention.
Does Banggood have an EU warehouse?
Yes, there is, not even one. They have warehouses in the Czech Republic and Poland, and even in Spain. You will receive the packages from these warehouses in a few days.
How is warranty administration done?
There are basically two ways: either you receive compensation in some form - money or Banggood points, if the complaint is justified - or you have to return the product to the warehouse from which you received the package.
How to get a coupon for a specific product?
There are two ways, either on Banggood's website, under the My coupons menu item, or by exchanging points. However, there is a problem with this: you have to constantly monitor which deals and which coupons are available.
So you have to do quite a lot of research to get the best prices. Fortunately, we keep track of the best deals, so you don't have to. We always create a coupon request post on our Facebook page during the shopping holidays, which you can use for this purpose, and we also have a Facebook group where you can ask questions. You can access them here:
What is pre-sale and how does it work?
The pre-sale is actually a "sale" that looks like a sale, which consists of nothing more than paying for the product in advance, so you "reserve one" from the future stock, which you will receive later. In some cases, you only have to pay a "deposit", that is, an advance, the full purchase price must be reimbursed when the product is already in stock.
Overall, we think so it is not worth participating in the pre-sale promotions, because it builds on the feeling of missing out - FOMO - it's easier to wait until the product is actually available in Banggood's webshop, moreover usually the price is also lower, if you don't buy it during the pre-sale period that.
Who will bring my package?
It is impossible to know in advance which courier company will deliver the package. Packs of smaller value can be taken to a nearby parcel point - e.g. Foxpost -, while products of greater value or EU warehouses are usually delivered by ExpressOne, DPD or DHL.
